4. Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement (“Takedown Notice”)

To ensure we can process your takedown request, please provide the following information, as required by the DMCA:
1. Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
2. Identification of the Infringing Material: Specify the exact location (URL) of the infringing material on our website to help us locate it swiftly.
3. Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Statement of Accuracy: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Electronic or Physical Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Incomplete submissions may delay our processing of your request. Upon receipt of a compliant notification, AMP will take prompt action, including removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

5. Counter-Notification for Alleged Infringers

If you believe that the material removed or disabled was done so mistakenly or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with the following information:
1. Identification of the Material: A clear description of the material that has been removed or disabled and its prior location.
2. Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
3. Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court in your location and agree to accept service of process from the notifying party.
5. Electronic or Physical Signature: Your signature or an electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a compliant counter-notification, we may restore the material if the original claimant does not initiate a court action within ten business days.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

AMP may, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. This aligns with our commitment to maintaining an environment that respects copyright and intellectual property rights.
